Ms Sharifah Nadia Syed Mansor

Catenate founder and Chief Financial Officer

Prior to establishing Catenate Sdn Bhd, Nadia was the CFO of a Malaysian registered offshore manufacturing subsidiary of a UK based Group of companies. Besides being responsible for its financial operations, she was actively involved in the company's vendor development program particularly in the quality and cost management process which became fundamental to the success of the groups supply chain strategies.

She started her career as an auditor for KPMG before joining the Investment Industry, as an Equity Research Analyst and then as a Fund Manager for major banking and stock broking institution in Malaysia including the KAF and AmBank Group. Nadia holds a BA Hons degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent in United Kingdom.

Mr Glen Stidolph

Catenate Sdn Bhd Chief: Executive Officer.

Prior to joining Catenate as CEO, In the 1990’s Glen served as an executive director of the Lancaster Group, A leading automotive components and specialist fire retardant materials manufacturer in the UK. Responsible for overseas operations Glen established successful manufacturing facilities in Australia and Malaysia to design, manufacture and supply a range of components to OEM manufacturers in Asia, Europe and USA that were installed on the worlds most recognized cars: Ford, GM, Toyota, Hyundai, Nissan, VW, Rolls Royce, Rover, Jaguar. 1999 he made the decision to permanently locate himself in Malaysia that led to the formation of PFC Manufacturing (Asia) Sdn Bhd in 2000, specializing in sub contract manufacturing of fire protection products, sold to OEM Manufacturers in USA, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Glen has extensive knowledge in Outsource Manufacturing in LCC’s (Low Cost Countries) and jointly developed customized outsource strategies with major OEM Corporations around the world.

Glen lives in Malaysia.

En Mohamad Fuad Hj Mohamad Isa

Metal products, tool and die design: Master of Engineering (Production Systems) Toyohashi University of Technology, Japan.

Malaysian and Japanese qualified, Fuad brings 25 years of experience unrivalled in the Malaysian progressive metal stamping market. He studied and trained in Japan extensively in the field of progressive die design and manufacture and heat treatment of tool steels. As the senior research officer at SIRIM’s (Malaysia’s Certification, Standards and Industrial R & D body) Product and Machine development centre he has had much exposure to mediating between international development partners. He still does some consulting work for Malaysian government bodies when requested.

Research and Technology development works include:
  • Fault Diagnosis of Rotating Machineries through Vibration Signature Analysis
  • Determination of Bending Allowances for Sheet Metal Bending Operations

He speaks fluent English, Japanese and Bahasa Melayu.

En Hj Ahmad Hj Yunus

Metal Products, Production and Assembly, Bachelor of Engineering UTI Malaysia, Master of Engineering Iwate University Japan.

Malaysian and Japanese qualified, Ahmad also brings with him 25 years of exceptional experience to our Malaysian manufacturing operations. He studied and trained in both Malaysia and Japan in all aspects of progressive metal pressing, sheet metal forming and fabrication, later traveling to Czechoslovakia to study flexible Automation implementation in Engineering. He came back to Malaysia to hold various positions within SIRIM including Research Manager of the SIRIM Prototyping Group and then heading up a commercial JV between SIRIM and a major Malaysian engineering corporation.

Research and Technology development works include:
  • Effect of Lubrication in the Life of Die and Work Piece Quality
  • The Development of Pressworking Software (CAPIC version 1.0), a Windows-based application software targeted to pressworking industries/personnel (IRPA R&D).

Ahmad still does consulting work for government bodies when requested, as well as volutary part time lecturing in Malaysian Technological universities. He is also an external verifier for the German Malaysian Institute and University Kuala Lumpur.

He speaks fluent English, Japanese and Bahasa Melayu.

Mr Kevin Chu

Plastic injection moulding production and assembly.

Born in Singapore, Kevin has been involved in the plastic injection moulding industry for the last 25 years, having previously been Production Director of Continental Sdn Bhd and Managing Director of Kenzoplas Industries.

During the economic downturn in Asia in the late 90’s, dramatically effecting the home market, Kevin initiated many cost down and lean manufacturing and assembly processes which now ensures that the company can compete with LLC’s such as China and India in the global OEM sub contract manufacturing Market. Kevin lives in Malaysia, however spends much of his time with our partner tool manufacturing companies in China.

Mr A Nehru

Logistics, supply chain strategy

A logistics figurehead in Malaysia for the past 30 years, Nehru has grown with Malaysia’s development into the 14th largest trading nation in the world. He has undertaken specialist logistics training in airfreight, as well as hazardous cargo (UN ESCAP) and is certified multimodal transport operator. He was Chairman of Training and education for the local 2500 member strong freight forwarders association as well as representing Malaysian Forwarders in FAPAA ( Federation of Asia Pacific Aircargo Association)

Also wrote Training Manuals For the HRDC covering Export procedures for NOSS(National Occupational Skills Standards) and does frequent lectures on supply chain management.

Currently working with Catenate on implementation of its international consolidation.

A. Nehru is 52 and lives in Penang, Malaysia.
